Terms and Conditions for the Global Standards gGmbH Prize Draw “Behind The Seams 2026”

2. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees of Global Standards gGmbH and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participants must register on the website behindtheseams.eco to be eligible for the competition.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD
The giveaway will run from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026.
4. PARTICIPATION
To enter the “Behind The Seams” Giveaway, participants must complete the quiz and provide all required contact information as requested on the Giveaway page at behindtheseams.eco.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
5. PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION
On 1 October 2026, the winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the competition period.
The maximum number of entries a participant can have is one (1), i.e. one completion of the quiz. The score of the quiz does not affect the entry or the probability of being chosen.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during registration.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, Global Standards gGmbH reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. SPECIFIC TERMS FOR THE “GETAWAY FOR TWO” EU GIVEAWAY
The following conditions apply specifically to the “Getaway for Two” at IBÙ Experience prize:
- The prize must be redeemed and the stay completed within seven (7) months of the date on which the winner is notified, subject to availability at IBÙ Experience.
- The prize is for two (2) people and includes the accommodation and the activities and benefits specified in the official giveaway description.
- Return train travel for two (2) people from the winner’s place of residence to the destination will be covered as part of the prize. Travel by air, private vehicle, taxi, car hire, or other forms of transportation is not included unless expressly agreed otherwise by Global Standards.
- Travel arrangements are subject to reasonable availability and must be agreed with Global Standards in advance. Any additional travel costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
- The prize is subject to the availability and applicable booking conditions of IBÙ Experience and the participating prize partners.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal data of the participant will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be deleted once the giveaway and the selection of the winner have been completed.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Global Standards gGmbH reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Global Standards gGmbH’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.
Global Standards reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or contains unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
10. LEGAL
These terms and conditions are governed by German law.
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid or contradict legal regulations, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In such cases, the statutory regulations shall apply.
We will not share personal data with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment. See our general privacy policy.
